INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon Oil (vegetable or olive oil)

  • ½ kilo Ground Beef 

  • 1 piece White onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 piece Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)

  • 1 piece Carrot  (thinly sliced)

  • 1-2 cups Cabbage  (thinly sliced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce 

  • ⅛ cup  Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

  • ¼ cup Sugar (brown or washed)

  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)

  • ½  teaspoon Chili Flakes (optional) 

Garnish:

  • Sesame seeds (Optional)

  • Green onions (chopped, optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Slice the vegetables and set aside.

  • Mince the garlic and grate the ginger and set aside.


Step 2: Make the Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes (if using). Stir until combined and set aside.
