Ingredients:

200g Spaghetti noodles

1 tbsp. Butter

4 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 pc Onion (chopped)

180g Canned tuna in oil (flakes or chunky)

200g  Mushrooms (sliced, you can use fresh or packaged mushrooms)

1 pack All-purpose cream

½ cup Quick melt cheese (cut into cubes)

Pinch of Salt and pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Directions:
Step 1:
Begin by cooking the pasta. Fill a pot with water, add a splash of oil and a pinch of salt, then bring it to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging until it's al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and give it a quick rinse under cold running water. This step effectively stops the cooking process and ensures the ideal texture. After rinsing, set the pasta aside for later use.

Step 2:

In a preheated pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan. Incorporate the sliced mushrooms and sauté them until they release their moisture and become tender.


Step 3:

Add the canned tuna with its sauce into the pan and let it simmer for about 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
