INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Ripe mangoes
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 cup All-purpose cream
1 cup Condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Tapioca pearls (uncooked)
6 cups water (for cooking the tapioca pearls)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Cook the Tapioca Pearls
In a pot, bring water to a boil.
Once boiling, add the uncooked tapioca pearls and stir to prevent sticking.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes. (time varies depending on tapioca sizes)
After 30 minutes, turn off the heat. Add more water if needed and stir. Let it sit until the pearls become translucent.
Once translucent, drain and rinse the tapioca pearls under running water. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Mangoes
Slice one mango and cut it into cubes according to your preference and set aside.
Slice the remaining mangoes and cut them into cubes as desired. Set aside.
